AUSTIN SAMPLING FORMS

Brands wishing to sample oral/edible/consumable products at CHAMPS Austin need to fill out two forms; the Booth Responsible Party Identification Form and the Sampling Request Form.

The Booth Responsible Party Identification Form needs to be sent to Nick@CHAMPSTradeShows.com and the Sampling Request Form needs to be sent to KCraig@LevyRestaurants.com with the subject line: CHAMPS Austin 2026 Sampling. Both forms need to be completed fully and turned in later than September 25th at 11:59pm PST or costs increase.

PLEASE NOTE: Failing to turn in either form or to fill out all information completely and accurately will result in a permit not being issued. Applying to sample at CHAMPS Austin DOES NOT GUARANTEE a permit will be issued. All permits must be validated by CHAMPS Trade Shows, the Austin Department of Health, and the Palmer Events Center.

COSTS TO APPLY: Before September 25th - $195 per brand. September 26th or after - $325 per brand.
