ATTENDEE RULES

— THERE IS NO SMOKING OR VAPORIZING OF ANY KIND PERMITTED AT THE VENUE FOR ANY REASON.

— NO UNLAWFUL FEDERALLY CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES MAY BE BROUGHT ONTO THE PREMISES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

— NO CONSUMPTION OR COMBUSTION OF ANY PRODUCT IS PERMITTED INSIDE THE VENUE.

— ANY ILLEGAL ACT WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE REMOVAL FROM CHAMPS AND/OR POSSIBLE ARREST.

— WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REMOVE AND/OR REFUSE ENTRY TO ANY PERSONS AND/OR BELONGINGS.

— ALL PEOPLE AND THEIR BELONGINGS SUBJECT TO SEARCH AT THE DISCRETION OF CHAMPS MANAGEMENT.

— VALID GOVERNMENT-ISSUED PHOTO ID IS REQUIRED FOR ENTRY AND MAY BE REVERIFIED AT ANY TIME.

— NO ATTENDEES UNDER 21 ARE PERMITTED, INCLUDING INFANTS AND CHILDREN, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

— BADGES MUST BE WORN AND VISIBLE AT ALL TIMES. BADGES ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE. SHARING, TRANSFERRING, OR DUPLICATING A BADGE RESULTS IN REVOCATION WITHOUT REINSTATEMENT.

— ONE BADGE PER PERSON. LOST BADGES REQUIRE RE-PRINTS AT MANAGEMENT'S DISCRETION.

— COMMERCIAL USE PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEOGRAPHY, OR RECORDING OF EXHIBITOR BOOTHS, PRODUCTS, OR OTHER ATTENDEES IS PROHIBITED WITHOUT EXPRESS CONSENT FROM THE PARTIES INVOLVED.

— PRESS CREDENTIALS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL MEDIA. NO INTERVIEWS, FILMING, OR REPORTING ON THE SHOW FLOOR WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL FROM CHAMPS MANAGEMENT.

— HARASSMENT, DISCRIMINATION, OR THREATENING CONDUCT OF ANY KIND WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE REMOVAL.

— NO WEAPONS OF ANY KIND PERMITTED, IN ACCORDANCE WITH VENUE POLICY.

— NO PETS OR ANIMALS PERMITTED EXCEPT LAWFUL SERVICE ANIMALS AS DEFINED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

— NO OUTSIDE SOLICITATION OR DISTRIBUTION OF PRODUCTS/FLIERS (I.E. BACKPACK SALES). NO SUITCASING, NO DISTRIBUTION OF COUNTERFEIT OR IP-INFRINGING GOODS, AND NO UNAUTHORIZED PRODUCT SAMPLING.

— ATTENDEES MUST COMPLY WITH ALL VENUE RULES AND ALL DIRECTIVES OF CHAMPS, GAGE ENTERPRISES, AND VENUE STAFF.

 

By registering for and attending the show you affirm that you are 21 years old or over and you expressly assume all risks associated with, resulting from or arising in connection with any activities or circumstances at CHAMPS Trade Shows including theft, loss, or damage of property, damage or injury to person or persons (including death), or loss of income or future income, whether caused by negligent, intentional or accidental acts, acts of God, or otherwise. You agree to release CHAMPS Trade Shows, the CHAMPS Glass Games, the CuRB Show, Gage Enterprises, and the venues at which these shows are held, including but not limited to the Las Vegas Convention Center, the Industrial Event Space, the Atlantic City Convention Center, the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, the Ft. Lauderdale Convention Center, and the Palmer Events Center, together with each of their respective officers, agents, directors, stockholders, owners, attorneys, insurers, assigns, parents, affiliated and subsidiary corporations, doing-business-as (DBA) entities, partners, sponsors, contractors, and employees (collectively, the "Released Parties"), from all actions, suits, liens, losses, debts, damages, claims, causes of actions, personal injuries or property damage, including subrogation claims; as well as to forever indemnify, hold harmless, and otherwise defend and/or vouch for (including but not limited to hiring attorneys licensed in the applicable jurisdiction and approved by the Released Parties) the Released Parties against any and all claims, demands, suits, causes of action, arbitration demands and arbitrations, liens, and mechanics liens that may result from any activities or circumstances at CHAMPS Trade Shows and/or the CHAMPS Glass Games. You also agree to waive all rights to inspect, approve, receive royalties or any other form of compensation for either private or commercial use of any photography or videography taken of you while at or around any venue at which CHAMPS Trade Shows are held.

 

Buyers, attendees, and any party sourcing or purchasing products at CHAMPS Trade Shows are solely responsible for verifying and ensuring the legality of all products they source, purchase, transport, or distribute in any jurisdiction in which they operate. CHAMPS makes no representations or warranties regarding the legality, regulatory status, or compliance of any product displayed, sampled, or sold at the show in any specific state, county, or locality. This includes but is not limited to hemp-derived cannabinoids, kratom and kratom-derived products, and any other regulated or restricted goods. The responsibility to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws rests entirely with the buyer.

 

Admission to CHAMPS Trade Shows is free of charge. No refund or compensation is owed for revoked, denied, or rescinded admission. Exhibitors removed or ejected from any CHAMPS Trade Show for any violation of these rules, the Exhibitor Service Manual, or any applicable law will not receive any refund of booth fees, deposits, or related charges. CHAMPS reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, or modify any show, in whole or in part, for any reason, including force majeure events, without liability for travel, lodging, or any other costs incurred by attendees or exhibitors. CHAMPS reserves the right to amend these rules at any time without prior notice.

 

These rules and any dispute arising from or relating to attendance at CHAMPS Trade Shows are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada without regard to conflict of laws principles.
