Online registration for new buyers in Las Vages, NV is now closed. 

If you plan to attend the Las Vegas show as a new buyer, you will need to register in person at the event. Please bring two (2) valid forms of business identification with you to complete your registration. 

Early on-site registration for new buyers and badge pick-up will take place: 

  • Date: Monday, May 4th and Tuesday, May 5th 
  • Time: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM 
  • Location: Tuscany Hotel & Casino lobby and Las Vegas Convention Center, South Hall, 2nd floor

Returning Buyers 

If you have previously attended a CHAMPS Trade Show and are already verified as a qualified buyer, you can confirm attendance online by logging in with your email address and company name to get the link for your QR code. [CLICK HERE] 

Badge Pick-Up 

If you have already registered and received a QR code, you may pick up your buyer badge at the event. CHAMPS Buyer Desks will be open during the following times: 

  • Date: Monday, May 4th and Tuesday, May 5th 
  • Time: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM 
  • Location: Tuscany Hotel & Casino lobby and Las Vegas Convention Center, South Hall, 2nd floor

Show hours

Wednesday May 6th, 11am to 6pm
Thursday May 7th & Friday May 8th, 11am to 5pm
Saturday May 9th, 11am to 4:20pm

Please note: we will not accept any registrations by email.


CHAMPS Trade shows is a smoke shop B2B show. Must be a smoke shop, vape shop, convenience shop or dispensary shop owner, manager or buyer to attend! Not open to the public!

Online registration is now closed! Please download the form below. You MUST also provide two forms of business ID which can be any of the following below. You should then go to the ON-SITE BUYER desk to be processed:

MUST show at least one of the following:

  • Reseller’s License  
  • Seller’s Permit 
  • Business license  
  • Tobacco license / permit

The secondary option can be:

  • Business Credit Card  
  • Business Card
  • Tax ID / State Tax Certificate
  • Previous Invoice / Purchase Order from a CHAMPS Exhibitor – must show company name and address 
 
Distributors/Wholesalers MUST provide invoices of purchase orders.
 
 
Required Documentation for Dispensaries:
State-Issued Cannabis Employment Card (specific to dispensary employees). This Document is Mandatory.

And a second form from the state that can be any of the following:

  • Dispensary Business License
  • Dispensary Reseller’s License
  • Dispensary Seller’s Permit
  • Dispensary Tax ID/State Tax Certificate

For previously approved buyers please CLICK HERE to receive email to confirm attendance, add guests and obtain the QR code for the show. Please go to the Buyers w/ QR code to retrieve your badge(s).
 
CHAMPS Trade Shows is NOT open to the public! Media must be Pre-Approved! Service Providers and Manufacturers are not allowed to attend as BUYERS – Only allowing qualified smoke shops, Vape shops and Medical dispensaries. No exceptions.
