      CHAMPS TRADE SHOW CANCELLATION POLICY

      1. To ensure your booth reservation , a $500.00 non-refundable deposit is NOW required per booth within 5 business days of your initial reservation. Only when special financial arrangements have been made, does this not apply.

      2. Cancellations must be submitted in writing prior to 30 days before the show and will receive a full refund(minus the non-refundable deposit).

      3. If you have advanced booking and you cancel in writing less than 30 days before the show, you forfeit 50 % of the invoice, no greater than $4000.00 and we will credit 50% towards your next show attended within 1 year.

      4. If you reserve a booth 30 days or less before a show, all monies are due immediately. If you cancel in writing, you will forfeit 50% of the invoice and we will credit 50% towards your next show attended within 1 year.
