Pre-Approved Buyers via the Virtual Pre-Approval Buyer Form
A potential buyer can access the Buyer Registration Form via the Champs Trade Show website or a marketing email.
Once the Buyer Registration Form is submitted, the Buyer Registration Team will process the application.
If a buyer is denied or documents are needed, each buyer will be handled case by case per the Buyer Registration Team.
If the buyer is approved, the Buyer Registration Team will update the To Approve Buyer Trigger button. Hubspot will automatically send the "You're Approved email" with their Virtway login and password.
Pre-Approved Buyers via the Marketing Email or Business Card Form
Only pre-approved buyers can receive the marketing emails with the "Business Card Form."
Once the Business Card Form is completed, Operations Team is notified to:
- create/update the Buyer's Virtway Login
- create/update Buyer Deal
- If Buyer requires a Demo, deal to be added is "Demo Email Send"
- If Buyer completed a Demo, deal to be added is "Demo Completed"
